About The Inn
The historic Methow Valley Inn in Twisp, dating from 1912, waits for you and your friends and family to discover its comfortable grace and charm. Lovingly restored, beautifully maintained, immaculately clean, and famous for its infamous past…yes it is true.
The historic Inn serves up comfort, relaxation and is the perfect place to gather with the special people in your life: from the great room with its massive stone fireplace and comfortable furnishings; the inviting farm style kitchen with antique pine table; to the cozy TV room/library; – the ambiance of the past is all around. It is the prefect place to have your family reunion, spend time with groups of friends or get away for work retreats or trainings. Previously a B&B, the Methow Valley Inn now primarily rents to groups who reserve four or more of the seven bedrooms. We will often decide to open up the Inn on weekends for individual room rentals when not otherwise booked by a group. See the Inn Rental and Rates page for more information.
The large, front porch with a porch swing and the gardens and grounds of the Inn provide many places to gather and offers up respite and peace – and it is all for the sole use of your group. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer in our shady courtyard under the canopy of a 100 year old maple and walk to the theater, art galleries or dinner.
Each of the seven bedrooms is individually appointed, with handmade iron beds piled deep with European style comforters to snuggle under, hand-crafted quilts, and wood antiques. and old wood antiques. Four rooms have tiled, full bathrooms in the room and the other three share a full bathroom on the hallway. There is also an 8th bedroom option that may be available to groups that book the 7 Bedroom Inn reservation. Room 8 is on the third floor and is considered the master bedroom suite. It is a spacious room with a queen sized bed and french doors leading to small deck that overlooks the courtyard. For more information or to inquire about Room 8, please contact the Inn owners directly at email@example.com.
All of this is tucked in the “real” town of Twisp in the heart of the Methow Valley. The Inn is only 10 minutes from the Winthrop town cross-country ski trailhead, 15 minutes from the local downhill ski area, the Loup Loup Ski Bowl, and close to super snowshoeing trails. Great bike riding is right outside your front door, hiking all around you.
In addition to renting to groups and individuals, the Methow Valley Inn also offers event and private function facility rental and works with local caterers to create fun-filled, memorable events.
