What do you need to know about Kris?

Well, when he plays, he’d rather inspire than dazzle the listener. You have heard him perform before in other types of venues, but never like this. No chatting and listening at the same time, no trying to hear over the clatter of dishes…just Kris and his music. You will be transported.

Kris brings the warm wood and chimey steel of guitar and bass, blending acoustic and electric styles with a hybrid of flat-pick and finger-style technique that is unique but familiar. His music is mostly original but offers hints of homage to the guitar pantheon: Jorma, the Jimmy’s and the Johns. The sounds are warm textured with notes of plumb-y bass and jammy highs.

A fire will be roaring in the big stone fireplace, we will be selling beer and wine before the concert and during intermission and you will be joining your neighbors and friends for an extraordinary musical evening at the Inn.
