About Us

Surrounded by four wilderness areas, the Methow Valley is well-known for it’s natural beauty and outdoor recreation. Twisp serves as the artistic and cultural hub of the Valley. The city park with its swimming pool and band shell for Sunday concerts, and the Merc Playhouse, with weekly professional performances in the summer, are each a block away from the Methow Valley Inn.

Come visit The Confluence, our local art gallery which features the work of both local and regional artists. For dining, try the Methow Valley Brewing Company for homemade ales and lagers, root beer, and dinner. Or visit the Fiddlehead Bistro, serving gourmet dinners with an extensive wine list. Lunch and breakfast are excellent at the popular Sister's Cafe, situated right next to the Confluence Gallery.

Let us know your itinerary and we can suggest treks, trails, ski adventures, hot air balloon rides, concerts, and much more.

To help plan your stay here, you might want to look at these sites. You can find information on the pass reports, weather conditions, local services, and many different activities. In addition, Welcome to Winthrop has an extensive events calendar that can help you plan your time in the Valley.
