as well as vegetables, herbs and flowers, they are lovingly designed
and maintained by Melissa Larson.The principle of BrightWood Garden Design, Melissa has been focused for the last 15 years on designing residential gardens in the USA and Europe. After attending the University of Nevada and |

raising a family, she received her diploma as a Master
of Garden Design from the Inchbald School of Design in London, England
and worked some years in Europe.

Melissa's work has been viewed publicly in three award
winning gardens at the NW Flower and Garden Show and the Chelsea Flower
Show in London. Photos of her clients' gardens have appeared in national
garden publications.
Her methods cover the entire process of creating a garden, from site surveys and analysis, through detailed plant specification and placing, to long-term maintenance and care.
