Asian Cooking classes with Jean Wilson at MV Inn
Upcoming classes with Jean:
April 26th guest teacher Yoko from Nagoya will teach Kara-age Chicken, Japanese fried chicken. Chicken is marinated in sake, ginger and soy sauce then fried and topped with Yoko’s special sauce. It is crispy and light.
May 18th will feature Korean Barbeque Beef, Pulgogi.
Classes are $30 per person and includes lunch.
